A survivable open world build for Specter. Can solo the toughest content by either kiting with or evading with and healing with 。 While Celestial provides balanced stats this build will favor condition damage and can stack a large amount of Poison 和 Torment with and the synergies in Deadly Arts. You can provide near-permanent Alacrity along with permanent Fury， Vigor 和 Swiftness to yourself and nearby allies when using wells and on enemies. You can also give yourself 25 Might thanks to the boon duration and 。 In addition, on Dagger turns into a significant heal against larger groups.

Total condition and boon duration may vary if using alternative runes. Approximately 50% boon duration allows permanent Alacrity with the selected wells. Adjust sigils or even swap ： to reach desired condition and boon duration.

Weakness gives you Might thanks to 。 Alternate with / to quickly stack up to 25 Might。 also stacks might and gives you more initiative. When you're low on initiative use and cycle through your attacks, then exit for a large heal thanks to 。 Note that auto-attacking in shroud gives you Might 和 Eternal Night inflicts Weakness and gives you Might。 also procs and weapon swap sigils.

For foes that can't be kited or large groups switch to Dagger and use 。 You can pull larger groups in with 。 will provide significant amounts of healing when used on grouped enemies thanks to and will also give you Might as it inflicts Weakness。 If you need a reprieve use to enter Stealth and exit with which grants you lots of Barrier thanks to 。

You can use Wells on cooldown to maintain Alacrity or save for when needed. provides a large amount of sustain with 。

Notes

This build also provides excellent healing, barrier, and boon support to 1-5 players if you would prefer to assist others out in the world.
