Generally try to stay in Shroud as often as possible. Full stacks of Blight are of no real threat, as your vitality gives you near standard health (vs. non-specced equipment) at -50%, but gives you major buffs to personal healing/barrier through 和 as well as Condition Damage through 和

Otherwise use all skills whenever off cooldown, using to res downed players. Try to use before ：better Quickness Time.
