Kamohoali'i Kotaki II: The Perfected Spear is a Legendary Weapons collection achievement to gain the precursor weapon, Carcharias, for the legendary spear, Kamohoali'i Kotaki. This collection is the second step to obtain the second tier of the precursor, Perfected Spear.
