Head northeast from the waypoint, climb up the scaffolding and continue to the very top of the tower. The goggles are on the south side of the axle of the giant winch wheel, near the beginning of the Pig Iron Quarry jumping puzzle. Alternatively use the launchpad just northwest of the waypoint or the skyscale mount if unlocked.

Head southwest from the waypoint to the lighthouse and climb up. The goggles are at the top of the lighthouse, next to the vista. Jump off the plank protruding off the platform, staying close to the lighthouse on the way down.

Head west from the waypoint, the goggles are along the cliff that forms along the water. They are northwest of the hero point, about halfway from the start of the cliff to the bridge.

Head north from the waypoint, then west when you reach Bloody Bill's Base, at the end of a makeshift wooden structure on the hill

Head west across the bridge, and then north heading up the cliffs. The goggles are on the cliffs by the waterfall.

Head west to the Sipedon Deeps krait tower and climb to the top. The goggles are on the southwest side on a pointy thin wooden boom above the Veteran (you can run past him, loot, and use the goggles; also can ignore the krait witch)
