2. Effervescent Dwarf-Cut Adamantine

   Unlock the Dwarf-Cut Adamantine and bring an Amalgamated Gemstone in the inventory to the Lair of Zommoros. In the water chamber, climb up the steps of cloud along the side then interact with the floating elemental orb.

Make the gems once you get past the second door before continuing. Acquire and consume the 5 gems, Dwarf-Cut Adamantine, Lost Emerald, Elon Sapphire, Tormented Tourmaline, Royal Onyx, awarding their achievements. The gems can be done in any order and their respective secondary steps do not have to be done in one visit, however it is convenient to do so. Head to the Lair of Zommoros in Purling Deep and bring an Amalgamated Gemstone in inventory for each gem already consumed and in the collection (5 in total). To enter the Lair, locate Explorer Flynn standing outside and wait for his event to be active. The event has a 3 player minimum requirement before it can start. It has a 15 minute timer after its last occurence ended. The Magical Orbs to interact with are floating in the air in the 4 side chambers with elementals, and one in the central room. They do not have nameplates. Look for barely visible platforms made of little white clouds leading up to the orbs, then approach it to trigger the prompt and a dialogue option will be available if an Amalgamated Gemstone is in inventory. The amalgamated gemstones will be consumed. The Lair closes and teleports players out of the area at the conclusion of the last event in the chain, when the Champion Elder Fire Djinn chases Explorer Flynn out during , so make sure you interact with the orbs before this occurs.
