Staff of the Lost is a Rare Collections achievement.

1. Dwarven Staff Shaft

   After entering the cold room in Fortune's Vale, go southeast and drop into the hole on the left. Then turn around and move toward to the end. It is next to a small ice cliff.

   After entering the cobwebbed room, you can see it on the rock, above the steps leading down.
