Cannot be achieved with ambient creatures. The achievement requires you to kill all monsters in a row without taking damage. Getting hit will reset the counter. Can be done easily by attacking Branded Fish, while standing on the ice. Around the Revolution's Heart Waypoint the fish are unlikely to get out of range. An alternative is the Branded Devourer Hatchlings found near the repairs anvil in Deldrimor Ruins.
