From Junker's Waypoint, head southeast into the Great Imperial Smelter. Jump into the molten pool for the achievement.
Fires of the Mountain
From Maelstrom's Waypoint, jump into any body of lava. This step can also be completed by entering any body of lava around Mount Maelstrom, including the lava flow at Hellmouth Falls.
Fires of a God
From Necropolis Waypoint, follow the road north, then left at the fork. Left once more at the next fork, heading to the bottom of The Foundry. Walk into, and take damage from any of the furnaces in The Hearth. They are the big oven-like structures at the very bottom of the interior of the building.
Fires of the Depths
Despite the hint, you do not need to enter the fire chamber. From Derelict Delve Waypoint, head south into the dwarven ruins. Glide down all the way to the lava flow at the very bottom, and take damage from it.
