Riding Skyscales is a War Eternal achievement and the fifth and final step of the Skyscale collection.

After talking to Gorrik, the skyscale you need to interact with is several feet to Gorrik's right. (She might be harder to see at first if the in-game time is currently Night, due to how the terrain and lighting end up blending in with her scales somewhat during Night.)
