Hint: Found on a balcony near House zu Heltzer
You can get there from outside of ruins
Hint: Somewhere around the Saprophyte's Pond
Southwest of the POI. On a ledge south and above the road, below the roots of giant ree.
Hint: High amid the tree platforms of Ferndale
High above ground level at Arianna's Perch, next to the POI (kestler watchcamp). Connected to #28 by a Zip Line.
Hint: Somewhere high in Mori Village
Just left of Elder's Roost
Hint: Somewhere outside of the Speakers Headquarters
South of the POI. Above ground, next to the roof of the big arch.
Hint: Near an entrance to Arborstone
Pick up the box and place it with the others. It is right outside of Arborstone, above the portal. From outside, use a Springer or Skyscale to get up to the second level. Facing the zipline there, the crates are behind the pillars and to the east. Pick up the out-of-place crate and put it in the center of the crates that make a square shape. Note: The box may sometimes not be visible. It's on the right side of the other boxes when facing Arborstone. It is just about in the same column with the pillars and same row as the boxes (directly in the middle of the 3 rows).
Hint: Watching the Jade Gate
At Jade Gate Waypoint. Move a box from a group of four to a group of two. Note: The box may sometimes not be visible. It's in the left corner.
Hint: On a pass on the way to Aspenwood
On a ledge above the gate, just inside the structure, across from the Mastery Point. Make both sides identical. Crate can be gathered on top of the right crate stack. Interact prompt may not appear on ledge level.
Hint: Somewhere in Karstadt Village
Its on the roof next to Ione Storm and the Fighting Match Flyer. Move the interactable box to the single box to create a pair.

South of Aoi's Perch. If you drop down from the POI, the stone is located under a root above ground level.

Above ground, below the roots of a giant tree. There are Kirin on the ledge next to the stone.

On a ledge with some phoenixes to the west of the POI, looking across towards the bridge. Connected to #4 by a Zip Line.
Hint: Overlooking the Saprophyte's Pond
On the second floor west of the mastery point at Saprophyte's Pond.
Hint: Somewhere in a lagoon shrine
In the shallow water on top of Saint Anjeka's Shrine. There are four rocks in the water, the correct rock is in amongst the plant with the pink flowers (screenshot of the rock is taken facing to the east).
Hint: In a lagoon near an endling tree
In the lagoon east of the Forever Tree, in shallow water. There are mulitple stones in the water, they are all marked with the little swirl.
Hint: Somewhere in Skygazer Cathedral
Inside the deepest part of the Cathedral. There are 5 stones inside the room. 1 is located at the end of the room, the remaining 4 behind broken windows of stained glass.
