Go up the ramp located southwest of #35. On top of the roof, there is wooden flooring. Pick up the box and place it so the left side is mirrored.

Go up the stairs southwest of the bridge leading to Bori Ward. Pick up the box and put it in the middle.
Pretending to be an agent at a Ministry of Security precinct.
On ground level just north of and outside East Precinct. Pick up the box and place it at the front.

Pick up the box on top of the flight of stairs and place it so the boxes are the same shape as the large boxes in the shipping docks at the east.

Use the zip line just to the southeast of the teleporter. At the top, go north and then head east. Take another set of zip line to get across. Interact with the flower pots in the correct order (right, middle, left) before time runs out.

Up 3 flights of stairs at Misa Village. Interact with the flower pots in the correct order (middle, left, right) before time runs out.
