Investigative Record 3 is a The Battle for Lion's Arch achievement that involves finding 2 log recordings hidden in story steps during the episode Battle for Lion's Arch. They provide contextual recordings of Scarlet Briar.

1. Recording 1 (The Evacuation of Lion's Arch)

   Recording 1 is in the destroyed Fort Marriner area of the "The Evacuation of Lion's Arch" story instance, during Escape from Lion's Arch. It's south of the Fort Marriner Pact Emergency Waypoint, on the ground behind the westmost broken mist portal.

2. Recording 2 (Scarlet's End)

   Recording 2 is in the story instance of The Breachmaker during Scarlet's End. Only appears upon reaching the final "Escape the unstable Breachmaker!" objective, on the control dashboard Scarlet was operating, to the left of the Energy Probe Map.
