   Purchased in the Wizard's Vault for 1200

2. Field Archivist Cierle

   Go to Astral Ward Moon Camp Waypoint at Lowland Shore. In the edge of the Astral Ward Moon Camp at northwest.

Completing the 6th step–Ask Morgaan Bloodseeker in the Black Citadel about crafting a specialized glove automatically unlocks the achievement The Falling Star: Crafting List. Completing the 7th step completes the achievement The Falling Star: Meteor Wielder which awards the Meteor-Wielder's Glove Selection despite the achievement asking to acquire the gloves. Completing the 8th step completes the achievement The Falling Star: Seizing the Star and awards the Falling Star spear. You do not need to have the glove itself equipped for this step. Transmuting the skin onto any other glove also works. 2. 2. Speak with Field Archivist Cierle in Lowland Shore.

3. 3. Interview local scouts about the unusual sight.

4. 4. Retrieve the unknown object.

5. 5. Return to Field Archivist Cierle to report about what you've found.

6. 6. Ask Morgaah Bloodseeker in the Black Citadel about crafting a specialized glove.
