Each race has a 30 second timer that starts the moment you hit a titan with the harpoon, so make sure to quickly find the first target (marked on the minimap with a star) and hurry through them all. Without using anything to increase your speed or dodges, a run takes about 20 seconds and as such leaves 10 seconds to spare on orientation. It's possible to mount up while still in combat for this mission, but since dismounting while still in combat after doing this places the mount on a 15 seconds cooldown make sure to not accidentally dismount or get killed when carrying the harpoon.
