Clear out the elementals is a level 80 dynamic event that occurs in four different locations around the Echoing Hills and Stricken Plains, each with its own associated NPC.

Time limit: 5:00 (When Of Mists and Monsters countdown starts) Elite Earth Elemental/Ember/Ice Elemental/Spark Elementals Remaining

Kill elementals until the "Elementals Remaining" bar is depleted. An elite elemental will spawn when the bar is half-empty.

Each event respawns after 3-4 minutes. 17 elementals have to be killed to deplete the bar; the elite does not count. The enemies can scale up to veteran when there are 3 players present, and to additional elites with 5 players. The events have separate diminishing returns, meaning rotating between two or more will not hit the limit. When the 10 minute Of Mists and Monsters countdown starts, all remaining events get a 5 minute timer, and new events will not spawn until after the meta.
