2. Purchase a trebuchet mechanism from the skirmish supervisor.

   Buy Trebuchet Mechanism from Skirmish Supervisor for Badge of Honor + WvW Skirmish Claim Ticket + Testimony of Jade Heroics + Grandmaster Mark Shard.

3. Complete the associated siege expertise achievement.

   Deal damage to walls or drain enemy supply with a trebuchet 100 times.
