   Buy Shield Generator Mechanism from Skirmish Supervisor for Badge of Honor + WvW Skirmish Claim Ticket + Testimony of Jade Heroics + Grandmaster Mark Shard.

3. Purchase shield generator parts from the old centaur in Eboneigh Territory or Brownmane Camp.

   The Old Centaur NPC is located in the northeast corner of either alpine borderland. The parts are sold for Emblem of the Avenger + Emblem of the Conqueror + Gift of Battle.
