1. Fly a kite.

   Following the coast south of Hullgarden Pier Waypoint cubs and children will be flying kites. Go to the interactable Kite-Flying Area and use your special action key to fly a kite.

2. Make a paper boat and set sail

   At the base of Crimsonleaf Fountain. Interact with the Boat Paper and then use the Paper-Boat Launch near the water to complete this step.

4. Help collect shells, and give them to Sheldon.
