Enter the Heart of the Tower and inject the antitoxin. Enter the tower core. Catch up with Marjory and Kasmeer. Push farther into the core. (Defeat Scarlet's twisted watchworks.) Defeat Scarlet's twisted watchworks. Enemies Defeated Continue farther into the core. (Dispel Scarlet's hallucinations.) Dispel Scarlet's hallucinations. Enemies Defeated Continue farther into the core. (Defeat hallucinations shielding Molten portals, and then destroy them.) Defeat hallucinations shielding Molten portals, and then destroy them. Portals remaining: x/3 Enter the core. (Clear out the enemies in the tower's core.) Clear out the enemies in the tower's core. Enemies Defeated Ensolyss Deliver antitoxin to the injector. Speak to Marjory and Kasmeer.

Kill the spider Hallucination bothering Marjory and Kasmeer. Listen to the dialogue and then proceed around the perimeter of the Heart of the Tower. The first room contains Twisted Watchwork creatures (kill the nightmare stalk first). The second room has Aetherblade Hallucinations. Defeat the Molten Alliance Hallucination creatures in the third room to make the portals vulnerable; repeat until all three portals are down (defeat the protector first outside of their flame circle to remove the shielding). Listen to the dialogue in the central chamber. Kill the three veterans (with finishers for the two Toxic Krait). A cinematic narrated by Scarlet Briar then plays recapping the events of the previous episodes. A second cinematic then plays where Scarlet leaves and yet another champion Toxic Krait appears. Champion Ensolyss initially spawns with two other weak enemies. The champion has two brief invulnerability phases at 75%, repositions and then summons two more assistants. Below 50% a projectile destroying bubble can appear around Ensolyss. There is a final invulnerability phase at 10% where a further three hallucinations spawn. After defeating the champion, interact with the antitoxin injector, and then speak to your allies to complete the story.
