This stage of creating HOPE will have you interfacing primarily with two NPCs: Scholar Mossi and a Master Huntsman. Additionally, you will need to buy a component from Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs. The Master Huntsman will task you with crafting an enormous amount of pistols and pistol components. This stage is particularly costly in terms of materials. You may use any Master Huntsman as your mentor. You can use multiple Master Huntsmen if you like. Your progress will be maintained between them no matter how many you deal with. It is not necessary to unlock the recipes with your Huntsman. Scholar Mossi asks you for various rare materials and Maguuma Wastes currencies to further her own research. She functions much like a merchant.
