The following consumables count towards this achievement: Tonics can only be consumed one by one. The rest of the consumables have a Consume All option. Tonics have a cooldown when spammed, as needs to recharge before another can be consumed. Its tooltip says 2 seconds, but the actually recharge time is 3 seconds. This can be reduced by , for example in the Special Forces Training Area. Even with constant alacrity, completing the achievement through tonics alone would take almost 7 hours.
