All the tablets are scattered around Caliph's Steps.

Below the purple rock bridge spanning the lava channel above the Mastery Insight.
三号石碑
Tablet 3
On a cliff shelf to the south of the lava channel directly below the Sealed Entrance.
四号石碑
Tablet 4
South of the Sealed Entrance.
五号石碑
Tablet 5
On a high shelf halfway to the Sealed Entrance point of interest from the vista to the north.
六号石碑
Tablet 6
On the way to the vista, behind a large outcropping to the right.

On the south side of the lava river, directly west of the Sealed Entrance POI, under the bridge.
九号石碑
Tablet 9
In an alcove on the seaside west of the fortress. Drop down from above and glide in to retrieve it.
Gathering the tablets is much easier during the Old Foes, Old Ghosts part of Rising Flames (second episode in Season 3), when after gathering all four pieces of Mursaat Armor you become friendly to Mursaat constructs in the fortress. Category:Achievements
