She can be found hiding behind some large plants in a grassy plateau filled with Orrian Gorillas, above Melandru's Reliquary. The easiest way to reach her is to take the ley-line current north of the giant statue, then glide over to her. If you have mounts and the shrine unlocked, you can simply take the shrine waypoint in Melandru's Reliquary and go west and either jump over the rocks or fly with the Skyscale or Griffon.
