This statue is right next to the Hero Challenge just south of the Ember Heights point of interest.

Ember Heights

Travel northwest of the Bleached Pillars point of interest. The statue is against the cliffs along the edge of the map.

Bleached Pillars

Travel west of Bonestrand Waypoint, across The Spillway. The statue is next to the cliffs at the western edge of The Spillway.

Bonestrand Garrison

Travel along the path that leads directly southwest (not a paved road). The statue is on the right side of the path. Another statue is directly south of the Lair of the Forgotten Waypoint just south bounty board.

The Scourgeway Waypoint

Start at The Scourgeway Waypoint and travel southwest. The statue is on the northeast of the Revealer Vantage point of interest.

This statue is right next to the Blind Faith point of interest.

Blind Faith

Travel due east of Blind Faith to the cliff with all the waterfalls. Of the two waterfall canyons, climb a couple ledges of the right canyon on its right/south side, then look left/north towards the other canyon. Right in front of a waterfall, is a Sand Portal that will take you to the statue. Don't forget to /kneel and /dance in front of the statue while you are there to get both achievements. Kneel first, dancing will kill you.
