There are two ways to complete this achievement: Complete the event Help Researcher Emm track the origin point of the mutated rats and stay in Research Vault Beta until you are teleported out and granted credit for the achievement. This occurs about 3 minutes after the event concludes. Head just northwest of the Research Vault Alpha point of interest in Dabiji Hollows, where an Inquest lab is hidden behind a cliff wall. Open the entrance to the lab by using a button disguised as a rock outcropping on the wall, and the Clear out the Awakened Inquest lab event should trigger.
