You may only have one of these in your inventory. If you already have one, you will not receive another until you use it. Consuming this item grants the Access Granted effect that lasts 10 minutes. If you consume the card when the Pestilent Golem is low on health, you can access the chest room at the end of the event and also receive an extra Access Card that you can keep for later. (For example if you arrive at a Kourna map instance where the meta has finished, but the necrotic field is still down, you can loot the chest room with the card.) Logging out or going to the character selection screen will remove this effect. Once consumed, find the room that has the Access Panel in it, and walk onto it to be transported into the chest room.
