Rolling Competitor: Lakeside Loop
"Time limit" in all Rolling Racer achievements refers to the Silver time. "Challenge time limit" in all Rolling Ace achievements refers to the Gold time. Any time will qualify for the Rolling Competitor laps. It is possible to get the gold rewards, but not the Rolling Ace progression if the Gold time is met exactly.
