Explain the new plan to Forge Master Hilina. Speak to the forge master. Obtain dredge technology to boost the resonance crystals. Talk to the dredge. Get the reflector dish to the west. Get the reflector dish to the south. Get the reflector dish to the east. Hand off the reflector dishes. Help Sayida retrieve Canach's detonators. Meet with Sayida. Find the detonators in the wreckage. Return to Sayida. Return to the forge. Speak to the forge master for a final assessment.

All objectives occur in open world in Thunderhead Peaks. While at The Forge talk to Hilina. After the dialogue, travel south to talk to Varya, next to Revolution's Heart Waypoint. Head south into the Ice Floe to find the Broken-Down Dredge Tanks for the reflector dishes. To obtain the Dredge Focusing Discs from the tanks, you must use a nearby Oil Barrel and to make a trail of oil puddles from the tank to the flame vent pipes nearby, igniting the oil and blowing the tank up. If you start from the vent side it will light the oil before you can make the full trail to the tanks. You can only have 6 "puddles" available which can make some tricky. The west disc is straight forward, just make a line from the tank to the vent just west of it. To ignite the south tank, either make a straight line through the fence slightly to the north, or if the fire does not pass through, make a straight line to the end of the fence, then to the vent like a triangle. You should fit three on each side of the fence, and the puddles can have small gaps in between to reach. If going through the fence, make sure the pools close to the tank, and flame vent, aren't touching. The only pools that need to touch are the ones interconnecting through the fence. For the east, make a line across the pipe on the southeastern side. After obtaining all 3 Focusing Discs, head back to Varya and hand them in to Elder Rhona. Head to Moorage Waypoint in the camp in Symphony's Haven and talk to Sayida the Sly, then retrieve Canach's detonators from inside the wreckage of The Scorchrazor III airship. Go east and cross the platforms to the final platform. On the final platform, go left up the purple crystal into the broken airship to find the box of detonators; the entrance hole into the airship is located northwest of the Point of Interest. Alternatively, you can Springer up to Melody's Rest, then use the Griffon to fly over. Go back to talk to Sayida then to Hilina to complete this step.
