Use explosives to destroy the Dominion communications tower. Tower Structural Integrity: Reinforcement request transmitted: 5:00 (At Vloxen Mine only)

Destroying the tower while the event is not up, does NOT contribute to the Communications Breakdown achievement. The tower can also be damaged, without the explosives, by using regular attacks and skills. The tower is not targetable while the event is not up, however it can still receive damage and get destroyed. The achievement title is likely a reference to the Led Zeppelin song "Communication Breakdown."
