Citadel Crasher
First Phase: In the first phase, the players are required to build three scrap cannons (their locations on the map are marked with File:Allied Leader (map icon).png) by picking up and delivering cannon scrap bundles dropped from a charr helicopter. These bundles spawn in a circle in an area near the centre of the arena, marked with . These bundles are not instanced, so not every player will be able to pick up and carry one. While carrying a bundle the player has two skills. The first allows the player to throw the bundle, giving build progress if the bundle lands in the white circle around the cannon. The second grants a temporary speed boost. Meanwhile, the players have to contend with dominion reinforcements arriving from dominion portals that spawn around the area. These portals can be destroyed to halt the flow of reinforcements. The Claw of Jormag itself also uses three attacks during this phase: Hailitosis strikes a point, then rapidly expands into a large area that inflicts damage and to anyone standing in it. Ice Laser marks a series of orange circles, then strikes them with a moving laser that deals heavy damage. Ice Nova launches several projectiles that strike the battlefield dealing moderate damage, marked by orange circles. All should be avoided when possible, though the large area and lack of orange markers on Halitosis can make this difficult. Once the cannons are repaired, they fire on the Claw of Jormag, reducing its health to roughly 70%. The Claw responds by covering the cannons in ice crystals and summoning three bosses: Resilient Centurion Crusher, Valorous Centurion Bladestorm and Vigilant Centurion Shaman. Each boss spawns by a cannon, but they can be pulled together to kill them more quickly. A safe way to approach the boss fights is to fight near the northern cannon and pull the other two bosses to the northern cannon as the Claw of Jormag does not attack the area near the northern cannon. Once all three are dead, the cannons fire again and the Claw of Jormag is reduced to 40% health before it falls into the second arena. All dominion reinforcements run for the portals and disappear, and the players leap off the cliff after the dragon to start phase 2. Second Phase In this phase, the players take the fight to the claw, and it becomes a much more typical world boss fight. The claw begins mostly trapped under ice, with the players able to attack its claws and head. The ground to the sides of the arena is covered in icicles and inflicts Icy Grave on any player standing in it, rapidly killing them. Players killed during this phase (or the first phase) can respawn using the Claw's Roost map icon. In this phase the Claw has three attacks: Claw Smash strikes the ground near the dragon's right claw, and creates a shockwave that knocks players back and damages them. This can often knock players into the icicles at the side of the arena, but it can also be avoided by jumping the shockwave, dodging, or blocking. Ice breath deals heavy damage in a large cone that covers most of the arena. The final attack is a wind breath attack that pushes players back, but does not cause any direct damage. The pushback can be resisted by standing in the white squares behind Frozen Shards. During this phase of the fight, the claw has a CC bar. Breaking it knocks down the claw and stops its attacks temporarily, while making it take more damage for the duration. Using a United Legions Waystation to make sure everyone has a good supply of CC with Electromagical Pulse can be a good idea. A safe way to approach this fight is to fight behind the dragon's left claw. At this area, you will not be affected by the wind breath attack and be able to see incoming shockwaves from the dragon's right claw. When the Claw reaches 6% health, it will break free of the ice and leap to the opposite side of the arena. At this point, it can no longer be broken and it gains the Enraged effect, increasing its damage output by around 150%. Claw of Jormag now smashes the ground using it's left claw in a more central location creating shockwaves at shorter intervals than before, giving players less time to dodge. Throughout the entire second phase, dominon reinforcements appear and attack nearby players. Once again, they disappear when the dragon is killed. Post Claw of Jormag's Defeat A Magnificent Chest spawns in the middle of the arena surrounded by a large ring of enemy supply caches and frost legion chests. Although the order of the caches and chests are random, 15 enemy supply caches and 10 frost legion chests will always spawn for a total of 25. Additionally, numerous Shard of Crystallized Blood of Jormag will spawn over the northern region of Drizzlewood. Furthermore, a portal spawns slightly north of the claw's initial spawn on the lower arena. Approaching this portal will cause multiple frost legion and dominion foes to spawn, including elite and veteran foes.
