Read your mail to start the chapter. Optionally, head back to your racial capital city to buy a present for Rama (locations listed below under the Pleasant Present achievement.). Go to the Red Duck Teahouse and enter the instance. An easy way to reach the tea house is to take a Jade Tech Teleporter to Soojung Heights. Give Rama his present (if applicable), then chat with Rama and Gorrik or sample the party foods to fill the event bar. Listen to her call, take a look at the paperwork Gorrik has prepared, and listen to the rest of the conversation. After the conversation is done, you can talk to Rama and Gorrik again, finish the "Don't Mind If I Do" or "Party Animal" achievements, or simply exit the instance.
