The fastest option is to repeatedly complete Time Trial adventures on the raceway, the bunny bounce is particularly forgiving to do under one minute per cycle. The Clock Tower can be repeated for points on the same day, allowing you to park or find a friend at the top and use Teleport to Friend and Recharging Teleport to Friend to quickly repeat the instance. Lunatic Inquisition, Reaper's Rumble, Carving Pumpkins, Homestead Trick-or-Treating, and the three chests in Mad King's Clock Tower do not reward points.
