The Outcast Prince
From the Northwestern Waypoint: Head to the north edge of the island and get on the platform moving down. Follow the staircase to two more platforms. Ride the second platform to the 3rd. Jump from 3rd platform to 4th. Jump down onto the chain connecting to the floating "ship". Talk to Bloody Prince Thorn.
