You must gain 100 points by opening chests in the Mad King's Clock Tower or the Stopped Clock Tower. The three chests along the path of the Mad King's Clock Tower give 5 points each. The final chest in the Mad King's Tower Belfry awards 20 points. The Stopped Clock Tower only has a single chest at the end that awards 10 points. Alternatively, you can trade Piece of Candy Corn with the Lunatic Treasure Chest in the Stopped Clock Tower (10 pieces per point, of which you gain some back through the also-awarded Child's Trick-or-Treat Bag).
