The Jade Brotherhood sniper mechs (Elite Jade Snipers) will spawn during either of the following events. Talk to one of the listed NPCs to get your rifle. The events appear randomly after successfully capturing the related base: — Munitions Specialist Airburne, Jadepillar Point Base The event happens up to 3 times per meta. For every upgrade phase, the events reset and you get another opportunity. It will appear shortly after the escort event with Veteran Research Intern Kim is finished. — Gorrik, Behemoth's Gap Base The sniper mechs can also spawn outside of those events, in which case you can get the rifle from Chul-Moo (Jadepillar Point Base), or Gorrik again (during Phase 2). Breaking line of sight or projectile destruction will help surviving the sniper's shots back. Downing will drop your rifle and you will need to talk to the NPC again.
