Stay on the main road and make your way to the Eastern Aetherblade Crash Site from where you can cross safely onto the island slightly east of it. Now, simply proceed to the Abandoned Lighthouse. With Canyon Jumping, a faster option is to go right from the main road over a bridge to the Emperor's Watchtower, and jump across the gap. This can be done from the nearest point to the island, found by heading directly north from the POI icon.

The timer starts by mounting a raptor under the bell at Derelict Temple or approaching the bell while already mounted. Dismounting your raptor at any point removes the timer and you will need to start over. Eligibility and the remaining time may be tracked via the Derelict Temple Raptor Ride effect that is applied once the timer starts. The achievement can be done with plenty of time to spare provided Canyon Jumping or Bond of Vigor have been unlocked, or the Jade Bot is equipped with an mount energy booster, for example the Mount Energy Booster 1.
