Character Growth
Complete the Authorial Intent achievement first in order to unlock this achievement, by speaking to Snargle Goldclaw above the Secured Gate at Shing Jea Monastery. This collection requires completion of several events, the NPCs do give hints about the event. Note that only three steps are unlocked each time before needing to return to Snargle.

Snargle Goldclaw
On the second level, next to the room with the crafting stations. You will need Arborstone mastery 3 before he will give you credit. This step unlocks the next three steps.

Mori Village
Located on the lowest level. Requires completion of the event chain in Mori Village that starts with . The final event is a group event. See also the achievement Cultures of Echovald: The Tengu.

Seitung Harbor
Speak to the child about her toy bell, then complete , which typically takes place at dawn. Upon completion of the event you will receive credit for the collection.

Talk to Lady Kanda when she is standing still to purchase the teapot (), or complete and she will give it to you for free.

Talk to Speaker Eunjoo at Speakers Encampment after is successfully completed. You do not need to participate in the event. Note that she can bug out and will never spawn her event, which will require a map switch.

The Echovald Wilds
Located northeast of Skygazer Cathedral. Requires completion of three event chains at other locations. Sun-Hi will have a collection marker on the map after you've completed all three. Axe at Tangled Altar; see also achievement The Haunted Altar. Mask at Court of Song; see also achievement The Haunted Court. Bow at Aoi's Perch; see also achievement The Haunted Perch. After completing these events at least once and obtaining their respective achievement, talk to Sun-Hi to obtain the incense.

If you see any persistent mesmer portals, a scouting party protector near the template or if you see Verasha standing around without the event marker try another map.
