Meet Rox at the jail in the Black Citadel. Head to the jail in the Black Citadel. Listen to the conversation. Read the letter. Meet up with Rox and Braham at the victory bonfire. Celebrate victory with your new friends.

After completing the previous story step, you will receive mail from Braham requesting that you meet in Hoelbrak near Great Lodge Waypoint. Upon entering the story instance, Braham, Eir, and Knut have a brief conversation about rebuilding Cragstead. Afterward, head to the Citadel Stockade in the Black Citadel to meet with Rox. The easiest way to get there is to head west from Hero's Waypoint, turning right immediately after entering the main building (Imperator's Core). Alternatively, you can use Imperator's Waypoint and jump down the hole in the center of the room and head east from the ground level. Here, you will witness a brief cutscene between Rytlock and Rox. After that, your mentor (depends on race) will send you a letter requesting your presence at the bonfire held near Might and Main Waypoint in Hoelbrak. Talk to Braham and Rox for credit toward Avenger of the Dispossessed, then interact with the Victory Bonfire to complete the mission. After the mission is complete, you will receive a final letter advertising the Fractals of the Mists. This has no bearing on the story.
