First talk to Dugan and go through the dialogue chain starting with Hey, what's that strange glow around your armor?. This unlocks the rest of the achievement. Now visit all the Hero challenges in the areas indicated in the achievement and interact with them. Select the dialogue option Kneel down and let the mists surround you. to complete the objective. If the Hero point has not yet been gained, you will only get the option to do so ( Absorb what you can from this place of power.). Then only after interacting with the Hero challenges a second time will the dialogue option appear. If you have not yet charged your daily Charged Quartz Crystal you will be prompted to do so before you can select the dialogue option.
