For a Rainy Day
Each objective is a labeled interactable object, usually hidden away. Upon interacting, one must complete a short quick time event just as when opening a lesser arcane chest.

From the Starlight Lantern on the right side of the door to the tower at the Overmere Meditation Circle point of interest, drop down to the first grassy ledge on the northwest side.

From Bastion of Knowledge Waypoint, head North through the Library to the South East corner of the Museum of Curiosities: Main Gallery. Inside the rune jar.

On a lower patch of grass just north of the balcony which is northeast of Bastion of Strength Waypoint.

On a small ledge close to the top of the cliffs. Almost perfectly in the middle of Bastion of Balance Waypoint and Bastion of the Celestial Waypoint, and Dubious Islet and Thaumaturgy Park

A small wooden box in the northeast section of the Relic Repository.

Shining like a star.
Resting inside one of the holes within the pillar of the World Spire near an abandoned skyscale nest. The hole is vertically level with the Bastion of the Celestial Waypoint. From that waypoint, fly directly south toward / through the World Spire.
Each object interacted with will give 25 Pinch of Stardust
