A skyscale is required to trigger the effect when standing on top of the translucent dome of Dagda's Perception. You cannot dismount or you will lose the effect. The destination point is the tower with the Primal Maguuma vista (north of the Wyvern spawn point). Travelling in a straight line due west without deviation, there is sufficient time to complete this achievement without the use of the Ley-Line Acclimation mastery (Flight Training tier 6).
