Enter the Closing Ceremony story instance near Crown Pavilion Waypoint, then make your way to Rox. After a brief cutscene, Scarlet Briar's watchknights will begin to attack the Pavilion. To complete the mission, navigate the stairs and platforms in the area to destroy all four Watchwork Bombs. If you are working toward Clockwork_Chaos_(achievements)#achievement6691, make sure to work swiftly. The timer is quite generous, but the bombs are somewhat far from one another. You do not need to defeat any enemies other than the four bombs to progress the quest. Once all the bombs are defused, a Twisted Nightmare boss will spawn. This boss is fairly weak and only has two mechanics to look out for: a shield that blocks projectiles and a jump slam with a long wind-up. After destroying the boss, head up the stairs to witness Queen Jennah's speech, then wait for Emissary Vorpp to finish talking to complete the instance.
