The initial meeting with Poised Arrow at Forager's Hunt turns out to be one with Stoic Alder instead, as the boy still needs time to think. Afterwards, speak with Graced by Fire, found in the same camp, to get instructions to head west to the swamp again. 6 spots need to be found, marked with green spyglasses on the map: The First Bloodtree, The Observation Post, the eastern edge of Sacrifical Grounds, Nivermer Rill, The Lurking Spring (found through at hole to the northeast at the water level of Scarwood Depths), and up on the cliff northeast The Infested Quag. Return back to camp to Graced by Fire to report your findings and to get a short bow. Use this special short bow's first skill to sedate an animal and then the second one to study a sedate animal and get some data from it. Sedate and study 9 different animals to complete this objective. Complete the Renown Heart "Assist the kodan in researching the titan blight", found near the Festering Basin Waypoint to continue. Upon hearing Poised Arrow's update over the comms, after optionally returning back to camp to speak with Graced by Fire one last time, head to Storm Research Camp to speak with him directly. Ask Arid Esker, found just beside Poky, for some lightning rods and then look for 8 Conductive Mineral Deposits on the beach, just east of Cathedral of the Blessed, that you can use your Special action skill at to drop rods near to do some lightning tests.
