Quiet Lagoon is the Mistburned Barrens: Search-and-Rescue Challenge NPC, in the Hidden Sacrarium.

Quiet Lagoon is having me look for his missing scouts. Riven Marl should be among them.
Start the Mistburned Barrens: Search-and-Rescue Challenge and interact with all 12 scouts. You can do this in multiple runs.

Riven Marl was not among the missing scouts. Maybe they are lost somewhere else in these ruins.
Interact with the Strange Box just east of Hidden Sacrarium Vista.
After finishing this collection, the Mursaat's Game collection will start. Step 4 requires that you interact with all 12 scouts, but you do not have to interact with all 12 in the same run. If you miss some, restart the adventure and focus on getting the final ones you missed to unlock it. However, you will still need to get all 12 in one run to complete the Gold for the zone mastery.
