At the beginning of the event, you have to kill certain number of titanspawn before the organs themselves become vulnerable. The event spawns titan organs which look like pulsing yellow sacs and are visible even outside of the event but normally are non-targetable. The organs will be positioned in different heights in the event area. Use updrafts nearby to reach the organs higher up. Your goal is to destroy all organs. Note that more titanspawn will keep appearing to make this more difficult. It's possible to damage the titan organs with normal skills, but standing nearby organs applies Mistburn effect to player. It's much more effective to find debris embedded in terrain, always above the organs, and use your warclaw's Chain Pull to deal heavy damage to the organs and titanspawn below. The event ends when all organs are destroyed.
