Read the mail and meet up with your profession's respective contact for a brief conversation about the Visions of Eternity elite specialization, then head to Lion's Arch. After entering the Lion's Arch instance, wait for the confrontation between the sailors & farmers and Sayida's sailors ends. Head closer to the water to find Canach after Sayida finishes speaking and have a short talk with him. The Dock Records for Visions of Eternity: Act 1 [[#Lionguard Ledger|Lionguard Ledger]] is nearby. A bit to the southwest is Lawson, who has some information about the Inquest. Return back to where Canach is and head a bit to the right to have a private call with Councillor Ludo turning around and speaking to the trio to finish.
