Help the Thirsty Old Captain
Talk to the old Captain "Castaway" and give him a tasty beverage.
East of Pub Canach Waypoint in the more southern-ly carousing area of the Pub, you will find a Castaway seeking a drink. His appearance can vary, but it would seem it's always the second one from the left (looking south). Chat him up to learn that he is a leader. Then go to the mixology station, make a Breezy Cay Honey Ale drink and give it to him.
