Travel to the Leylit Retreat in Temple of the Blessed Mantle. It can be accessed by following the water at the cape in the southwest of the subzone. Pick up a Succulent Fish and bring it to any of the River Otter Pups or named River Otters. Repeat this ten times for both tiers of the achievement. Each otter may be fed more than one time, but there is a cooldown period before they will accept another fish.

This bundle will not appear on the ground when dropped. Succulent Fish disappear if brought underwater.
