Interact with Seer Texts and Seer Tablets to start a minigame to decode them. Use the correct skill five times within 15 seconds to get a Decoded Seer Message bundle that has to be delivered to Astral Ward Cryptologist Vlittu. Failing by taking too long or using the wrong skill too many times will instead trap you in a Binding Prison. If trapped, use to destroy the prison, otherwise you will be teleported to a random nearby location. Unsettling Seer Tablets are always traps, and should not be interacted with.
