Overview
A condition-based Antiquary build for WvW roaming which uses 
恶棍之运 and 
卡纳克硬币投掷 to constantly regenerate initiative in order to repeatedly interrupt opponents with 
爆头射击 and deal damage over time.

Weapons
- Offhand Pistol is the backbone of the build and therefore cannot be swapped out. The mainhand weapon can be swapped to Sword or Pistol, but Scepter is generally preferred as it gives you access to
保护 and a spammable blast finisher for group stealth inside 
火药喷射. Also, it is good for kiting and can damage enemies through projectile block/reflect effects. - Shortbow is strongly recommended as the second weapon set, as it offers great mobility and better teamfight potential.
Healing
镰爪毒液 - more healing, can be better for grindier matchups or when enemy is kiting.
遁入暗影 - good for escaping or sneaking past enemies.
Utility
先攻翻滚 - powerful stun break with a higher cooldown that evades backwards and refunds some initiative. Great for getting out of big AoE bursts.
Elite
斯克鼠乱斗 - if you find you are running out of gas or need better artifact selection during teamfights.
石蜥毒液 - when roaming with allies, this can be a massive swing as it can proc your interrupt effects multiple times.

Variants
守财藏家 can be taken for more boons and sustain at the cost of some artifact refreshes, which could potentially causing you to run out of gas during a fight. 斯克鼠乱斗 is recommended if taking this trait.

辣酱扇贝 are good budget alternatives. Any food that offers Condition Damage and defensive bonuses will do.

海盗调谐水晶 - budget option, worth considering if using Trailblazer Trailblazer gear.
Usage
General

The basis for this build is to spam
爆头射击 at enemies to interrupt anything they try to cast and proc the following effects: -
While the damage from
超荷打击 can be cleansed, 
痛苦古物 and 
超级虹吸法印 cannot. All 3 bypass armor/incoming strike damage reduction and the latter 2 also bypass incoming condition duration/damage modifiers. However, only the 
折磨 from 超荷打击 is increased by modifiers such as 
易伤. -
What differentiates this from other similar builds is that it uses
恶棍之运 to allow you to cast 卡纳克硬币投掷 repeatedly, maintaining extremely high initiative regeneration and cleansing conditions (or converting them into boons). Also, you gain an additional 2 initiative when using an artifact thanks to 
进取贵族. -
You want to aim to begin a fight by using
爆头射击 once or twice, then 斯克鼠横扫 to replenish initiative and gain artifacts. After another 爆头射击, use 卡纳克硬币投掷 to replenish initiative and cleanse/convert conditions. Then, you want to cast an artifact, wait for the 恶棍之运 buff to appear, and immediatley use 卡纳克硬币投掷 again. Rinse and repeat by always using 卡纳克硬币投掷 right after your artifact finishes and filling the space between your artifacts by spamming 爆头射击 until your enemy is dead. -
Every 4 casts of
爆头射击, give or take, you will get new artifacts for free due to 
彻底翻找. 
刺客奖赏 adds some incredible self-healing which tops off the defensive capabilities of the build. -
丰产掠夺 allows you to use multiple artifacts from each pilfer and gives you 1 extra choice of an artifact to use. -
Make sure to use
斯克鼠横扫 off cooldown to keep your boons up, refresh your artifacts, regain some initiative, and get a free 
晕眩. -
If your enemy begins blocking/reflecting projectiles, pause casting
爆头射击 and instead opt for 
慎重射击/
无尽黑夜 as 无尽黑夜 is not a projectile and deals significant condition damage. -
Several of your artifacts can trigger
谨慎出击. -
In a pinch, you can use
暗影削弱 for some barrier and 保护 before incoming burst. -
If using Shortbow as your second weapon set, you can spam
窒息瓦斯 instead of 爆头射击 for a similar effect, but it is also unblockable and inflicts 
中毒 at the cost of being slower and requiring more initiative.
